They are back

Popbably old news now but the late Saturday afternoon sky above Bureboy Villas was split asunder by wheeling, soaring screaming swifts.

The world is still turning, the seasons  are still seasonal.

    They've arrived here in West Norfolk too BB. The first House Martins on April 14 then the Swallows a few days later and the Swifts a week ago. You have to admire them for the journey they do. The 16th calls…

    I went fish watching last week and saw some Perch that were just battleships, the smallest was bigger than my best last season.
