Can you see what it is yet?

I thought this might have been  an aileron at first but would have to be a very long wing indeed.  A mast for a large,  sleek racing catamaran perhaps?

    Looks like a piece of rotor blade with a vent in the tip. Where is it? John

      Didn't think of that TT. It is very long. Behind Doric Fine Arts in Bray Ville. More of which in a future post no doubt. I'll ask next time I fancy some stealth chips from a mongolian yurt....
